HIGH LIFT CONVERSION
Convert your garage door to a high lift for maximum space and additional storage.
Traditional garage doors open to an average height of 7’-8’. Interiors can be as high as 12’-15’.
This is a considerable amount of empty space that can be utilized.
A high lift conversion essentially consists of new cable, springs, additional vertical track, support brackets.
A jack shaft (side mount) opener is the perfect addition to your high lift conversion. Mounted to the wall, not the ceiling, allowing your conversion to maximize space.

GARAGE DOOR SALES & INSTALLATION
Installing a garage door is an investment. Finding the perfect mix of function, style and affordability is important.
At Parhams we go over the options available. Non-insulated, insulated, panel styles, color options, windows and decorative hardware are available. Our preference is Safeway Garage Doors. Safeway’s structural system is engineered to withstand the rigors of everyday use, protection from the weather, security from the unwanted.
PANEL REPLACEMENT
Your door is hit by a car. Your springs, cables, rails are determined to be in good and working condition. In this case we would replace only the panels.

SPRING REPLACEMENT
Springs are a critical part of your door’s ability to open and close. At Parhams we carry numerous sizes of springs on our trucks.
Spring replacement should only be done by a trained technician due to the intense amount of tension. Our technicians have the skills and proper tools to avoid injury!
DOOR OFF TRACK
Tracks are your garage door’s main support system.
Tracks consist of drums, cables and rollers. If your door is off track, please do not try to move it yourself!
Our technicians are trained to get the door out of a dangerous position.
REGULAR MAINTENANCE
The garage door is the largest moving part of your home.
Regular maintenance includes a safety inspection, moving parts are lubricated, safety eyes are checked and the door is tested to ensure it is properly balanced.
The technician will also test your opener to see if any adjustments are necessary.
SAFETY INSPECTION
- Our technician will listen for unusual noises.
- Test the safety eyes for properly alignment.
- Look for corrosion, rust, or dirt in the tracks.
- Check for loose nuts & bolts.
- Examine your springs for weakness & tension issues.
FRAMING
Our technicians are skilled in wood framing.
Weak or rotted door frames need to be replaced/repaired before a garage door can be installed.
BOTTOM RUBBER REPLACEMENT
Bottom rubber is generally replaced when it won’t stay on, has ripped or even a hole from a critter. Replacing the bottom rubber to create a fresh new seal!
WEATHER SEAL REPLACEMENT
Weather seal can be replaced if it gets warped, torn or even faded.
Creating a fresh look as well as keeping the elements out.
HAUL AWAY
We haul away your old door, equipment and packing materials items for free (wooden doors and one-piece doors may have minimal fee).
NEW CONSTRUCTION
We are also available for new construction projects. Individual homes and multiples.
LEVELING
Our technicians specialize in installing a level garage door. In some cases, the concrete is very unlevel but in order for your garage door to work properly it must be level. We can do that! We do not do concrete work however we can get you on your way.
CABLES
Our technicians can replace your snapped cable. A snapped cable, as well as a cable that has come off, leaves your door inoperable. Generally, the door becomes unstable and leaning to one side.

Chain Driven – Reliable and powerful
